Wendell George Pfeffer Hereter and Luz Elvira Salcedo de Escobar, professional con artists, have presented themselves as a very successful international company, under 2 Day's Solutions LLC, which is listed "Inactive" under sunbiz.org, the official State of Florida website for Divisions of Corporations. They have also have used the following company names in the past, from which they have scammed other victims: ASC MANAGEMENT HOLDING LLC and L.E.E.S.E. HOLDING LLC.
Both Wendell George Pfeffer Hereter and Luz Elvira Escobar de Salcedo positioned themselves as AT&T and Apple distributors, and offer investors high short-term returns for a guaranteed business to business pre-sold merchandise. They present 90 day rotations, and 15 to 30 days to liquidate the investment. The investor (victim) is told that the funds they invest, plus the double digit gains, will be returned shortly after the 90 days. TO DATE, NO RETURNS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WHATSOEVER TO ANY OF THE VICTIMS LISTED ON THE HOME PAGE, as well as others being discovered.
According to court documents filed in Miami-Dade County Court, "Planitiffs" were presented with the following: "They will receive a substantial return on their investment in a 90 day return period." NOTE: Wendell G. Pfeffer and Luz Elvira Escobar de Salcedo did not use the payment for investment as promised! No formal statements as to initial investments or return of investments is ever provided.
